Yoshinogawa is a sake brewery in Niigata Prefecture, founded in 1548.

It is the oldest in Niigata Prefecture, its foundation dates back to the era of Kenshin Uesugi.

The Brewery brews traditional delicious sake based on the belief of artisanal relaxation and terroir. "Minamo" uses the name of the Yoshino River for this brand that was created for the first time in 30 years. "Yoshinogawa Minamo Sosai Junmai" is a sake to drink cold. Chilled at 5 to 10 degrees, this pure rice sake has a clear flavor profile that you will not get tired of drinking.
