"Once upon a time" is a total of 5 series. It seems that the idea of cherishing the warmth of family and the bond with people, which inhabits old stories that have been passed down throughout Japan. Muromachi Sake Brewery is the oldest sake brewery in Okayama.
It is particularly attached to the old-fashioned brewing method, and all processes such as washing, peeling, and pressing the fruit are done by hand. That's why you can enjoy the original flavor and aroma of the fruit more. Each label has a warm letterpress printing texture, reproducing a scene from a Japanese folk tale. Torori Nigori Umeshu is made by marinating Kojo plums from Akaiwa, Okayama Prefecture, in sake for more than two years. You can feel the thick fruitiness, bright acidity, and firm Umami.
