“The idea of cherishing the warmth of family and the connection with people, which inhabits old stories that have been passed down throughout Japan.
Muromachi Sake Brewery is the oldest sake brewery in Okayama that is particularly attached to the old-fashioned brewing method, and all processes such as washing, peeling, pressing the fruits are done by hand. That is why you can enjoy the original flavor and aroma of the fruit in luxury. Each label, which has a warm letterpress printing texture, reproduces a scene from a Japanese folk tale. The hand-pressed Yuzu liqueur contains 30% carefully pressed juice. The Yuzu we use is locally grown, the sake we use is based on Junmai Ginjo sake.
By hand pressing, the bitterness of the fruit is removed, you can feel just the right amount of bitterness in the Umami and sourness.
