"Once upon a time" is a total of 5 series. It seems that the idea of cherishing the warmth of family and the bond with people, which inhabits old stories that have been passed down throughout Japan. Muromachi Sake Brewery is the oldest sake brewery in Okayama. It is particularly attached to the old-fashioned brewing method, all processes such as washing, peeling and pressing the fruit are done by hand. That's why you can enjoy the original flavor and aroma of the fruit more.
Each label has a warm letterpress printing texture, reproducing a scene from a Japanese folk tale. The white peach liqueur is made with Shimizu white peaches from Okayama Prefecture. This famous white peach has a slightly sweet pink color, a simmered taste with plenty of pulp and juice.
Peeled by hand and soaked in 35-degree shochu for a year, the flesh of the fruit melts and then expresses a very rich fragrance while having a very luxurious peach taste.
