KIMURA MIRACLE SAKE JUNMAI OMACHI

Kikuchi Sake Brewery, which brews "Sanzen", has introduced a series of sakes that focus on rice production.

Under the guidance of Mr. Akinori Kimura, an apple farmer from Aomori Prefecture who successfully cultivated the world's first pesticide- and fertilizer-free apples known as "Kira no Apple", Okayama Prefecture's proud sake rice "Omachi" is grown naturally without the use of herbicides and pesticides. This Junmai Ginjo is brewed using 55% polished rice and its aroma is sweet with a rich rice flavor.
